Co-Founder

Involved with the ice reservoir technology for more than a decade. Initially collaborated with Sonam Wangchuk to lead the Icestupa project and pursued a PhD later. He leverages his expertise in glaciology, programming, sensors and IoT technologies to drive our mission forward.

Product Designer

An industrial designer who is very passionate about leveraging his design skills to fight climate change. They believe in the power of design to shape a sustainable future. Coming from the south of India, Kirti feels a deep calling toward the Himalayas, which inspire his commitment to innovative, eco-conscious solutions.

Data Analyst

A dedicated analyst with experience in data analysis and problem-solving. Skilled in working with diverse datasets, Tsering focuses on delivering insights that drive informed decisions and business growth. Always eager to learn and improve.

With degrees in Earth Sciences and Geomatics, they study glaciology and pursue science communication. Passionate about mountain environments, they aim to combine research and advocacy, amplifying marginalized voices to address climate challenges in vulnerable communities.

Co-founder

With expertise in micro irrigation and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Basit emphasizes the economic and ecological benefits of water conservation. Holding advanced degrees, he focuses on glacier and water management in mountainous regions.

Shubham Tripathi

Embedded Engineer

Science enthusiast with a background in technology and over three years of experience in Robotics and STEM. Currently as Embedded System Engineer, he focuses on climate action and sustainability. With two ISBN publications on solar panel efficiency, also has a passion for poetry, philosophy, arts, and general sciences.
